With the continuous development of IPC technology, more and more industrial computers are applied to various industries. It is not only in the field of industrial control, but with IPC, it must be equipped with industrial-grade displays. With the development of industrial fields, the application market has produced a display, which uses a metal shell and a touch screen. It has the advantages of shock resistance and anti-interference, and has been widely used.
According to the different installation methods of customers, we can roughly divide them into the following different categories of products:
1. Open industrial display
The open industrial display does not have any frame and shell, it only has the interior. Most of the customer applications are mainly due to the small size of the equipment. There is not much space to install the display, such as commercial POS, ATM machines, etc., generally they are installed inside the customer’s equipment;
2. Rack Mount Industrial Display
The rack-mounted industrial display is installed on a 19-inch cabinet with a width of 19 inches. The installation holes are opened according to the standard U number. It is generally used in large cabinets such as electric power and telecommunications;
3. Wall-mounted industrial display
The biggest feature of the wall-mounted industrial display is that it can be hung. It is not only hung on the wall, but most of the time it is installed on the customer’s equipment. It can adjust the angle according to the customer’s requirements and match the appropriate mounting arm. It can stay at any position at will for users to watch, and is generally used in large, small and medium-sized equipment;
4. Embedded industrial display
As the name implies, the embedded industrial display is embedded in the customer’s product. First of all, the customer’s product needs a large control cabinet. The embedded industrial display only has the panel, and the other parts are pushed into the customer’s equipment, and the back is fixed with a hook. No need to open any installation holes;
5. Flip-chip industrial display
The flip-chip industrial display is installed in the customer’s equipment in reverse, and is installed inside the customer’s machine. It is different from the open type in that it has a casing and a power supply. Its edges overlap with the edges of the customer’s casing. It is used in large and medium-sized equipment, such as machinery, electric power and other industries.
